Complaint regarding non-delivery by zopnow

Payment done but order not place and not deliver. Value: Rs.650/-. I order Grocery, fruits n vegetable from the online platform from zopnow.in of Rs.650 . so my money got deducted from my balance but order didn’t place not deliver the products… So requesting u guys to help me get back my money or product

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
