Complaint regarding non-delivery of bicycle by Snapmint vendor

I want to inform you that , I had ordered a bicycle from snapmint which was priced 8775 Rs , Although I had given down-payment of Rs 1316 on 11th of July on 12th July the seller had confirmed my order but they are not dispatching it from 12th July uptill now. Else if I am trying to contact their customer support they people are not replying back . Although order was confirmed by seller after down-payment on 12th of July but the order has been not dispatched uphill now
