Promoter denying flat delvivery. Value: 2500000

I booked a flat on 2016 with promoter of Makali construction address West Bhaskar Nagar, Block C, Khaal paar, p.o binova nagr Guwahati 18. He refused to deliver flat even after 6 years which as per agreement suppose to deliver within two years of booking, I am a retired person wit disable child, already paid entier amount of 25 lakh through a loan,

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
