This is regarding the complaint of Order of smart watch Amazfit A1902 GTR Series 47 mm Smart Watch, Stainless Steel vide this order number on Jiomart.com website on 24th November and received the courier today with an empty box without a watch, charger or product manual.
Today, when he received the order and opened the courier then he found that the box was empty and there was no watch in the box. Besides this when the date on the box was checked then it was mentioned as 26.04.2021 which means that the product given is already one and a half years old. The box was looking very old and the year of manufacturing was mentioned 2019. The average lifespan of a smartwatch is as it is one year and how come a product of around three years old can be sent to us in the year 2022?
Furthermore, the product was missing as it is in the box. In fact, the box was not having a charger base or a product manual too. This kind of deceit and fraud action is not supposed to be done to any client who has trusted you by doing the payment at the forefront while ordering the product.
We have attached herewith the requisite photos and documents for your reference.
This is a high level of harassment done by Jiomart.com which was considered by us a trustworthy brand till now and this incident has clearly shaken our trust and discouraged us to believe such kinds of online purchases.
We would request you to kindly refund the amount in the given account from which payment has been made as we do not want any exchange of this product.
