Complaint regarding non delivery of order

I ordered 100pcs of jeans in the name of Durga Bhavani Mens Wear from DK Trends, I transferred 19800 through online in 3 transactions on 27th November. From then he stopped answering me, no updates till date.
He said that his name is Dxxxxxk from Himachal Pradesh.

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.1,847/- : Shabeer Ali of Malappuram Dist, Kerala 676122 had purchased items from Snapdeal on 11-11-2014 and then cancelled some items later. He however did not get refund and Snapdeal was giving false assurances. Customer posted his complaint with ICF on 21-01-2015 and got his money back by 23-01-2015. Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund. Complaint regarding Dell laptop replacement – Rs.84,000/- : Mr. Vinod Devasia of Mangalore 575003 ordered for a Dell laptop under the impression that it had touch-screen. However, after receiving the product he found that the laptop does not come with touch screen. The customer immediately contacted Dell and Compuindia but they refused replacement.
