Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Amazon

I have ordered a plastic cupboard from amazon on 21st-Nov-2018 and it was to delivered on 27 or 28th-Nov but till they never delivered it they just gave me new delivery dates when I tried to cancel that item so they said that after item dispatched it will cancel. I have called to Amazon customer care 3-4 times but problem not solved. they said on 1st of Jan I will get refund but i didn’t after follow up they said  we refund you on 9-Jan and it will reflect on your account after 3 to 6 business days that is 16 Jan but till now i have not received money.
