We are facing problem after getting 2 products from the Home Care company, please get the details as following below.

1. Product Name : Chimni
Model/ Serial No: Galaxy 3G
Date of Delivery: 29/03/2018
Total Price Money: 17000/- Rs
Number of cheque given 10 pics for 1500/- Rs and 2000 rupees cash in advance on 29/03/2018. All cheque was in 10th date of each month
We had a discussion with the M.E that we will pay in cash on 4-5th date on each month and they will return the cheque. They kept their commitment till 8th instalment. They came home for 9th instalment and my father given the cash money and they did not returned the cheque, after going back they dropped the same instalment(9th) cheque without informing us although the M.E commit that they will return the cheque after some days as well as the M.E given the same in written. They must dropped the cheque of the month of jan, 2019, which is last.
So, they are taking extra 1500/- Rs by cheating.
The chimni is in warranty. The chimney having problem, we have informed them but they are not taking care the same although they are suppose to do 3 free servicing but only one servicing was done, they are not taking care after that.
2. Product Name: Aqua Guard

Date Of Delivery: 29/09/2018
Total Price Money: 12000 rupees
Number of cheque given 9 pics for 1200 Rs/- and 1200 rupees cash in advance on 29/09/2018. All cheque was in 10th date of each month.
We had a discussion with the M.E that we will pay in cash on 4-5 date on each month and they will return the cheque. They kept their commitment 2nd instalment. They came home for 3rd instalment and my father given the cash money and they did not returned the cheque, after going back they dropped the same instalment(3rd) cheque without informing us although the M.E commit that they will return the cheque after some days as well as the M.E given the same in written. So, they already having 6 cheque in their had,
if they continue with the cheque payment then they are taking extra 1200/- Rs by cheating and no servicing yet
They are taking extra 2700/- Rs and not providing serving and not covering warranty, as we ass they are not receiving call
I would like to request you to help on this so that we can get the money back
