Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from colive properties

It’s been 1 month since my refund amount is not given back to me. Even though I was not staying in the room, I have been paying my rent from march till November on time. As the company, I am working already announced work from home till July 2021 and it may extend further too, I have decided to vacate the room for now and come back when my work from office starts. Seriously as I liked the room, I told the caretaker of Colive garnet that once my office starts, I will be back soon. But I swear now I won’t turn back to Colive properties again. So I thought to clear all dues and then vacate my room hoping for a refund and then it’s shocking to see the refundable amount as 0. But now I regret my decision of being genuine and loyal before clearing the dues. After continuous follow up I got a refund of 1393/- only out of 10K.

What are the below deductions? I didn’t even stay in the property, how come I was charged for electricity?What’s that RentOS shit? When I cleared all the dues.

I saw many posts of customers crying for their refunds in google reviews.
If my refund is not going to be credited by month-end, I will raise a complaint in consumer court as my father is a legal advisor.
