Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Uber Eats

I had ordered food from Uber Eats app on 02 October 2018. The food never came and they showed as delivered on app and they deducted my money. I tried contacting uber customer care alot and after many tries i was able to. They confirmed that they will refund my money. Its 15 Oct 2018 today and they haven’t refunded my money yet. They deleted all my messages from their help section in app which was a proof of my conversation with them. My amount is INR 1,228.00 They have cheated me and not refunding my money.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
