I got a call from website shopdeaz.com from Mr.Rxxxxl about an offer and I had to buy products from the website to avail it which I did. I bought clothes worth rupees 1499. Further they asked me to pay rupees 10800 in the name of GST to avail the offer which I paid. Furthermore they were asking me to pay about 10000 for insurance for final delivery which I denied and asked for refund of the previously paid amount because they did not inform me all this when they called initially. This conversation was with Mr. Axxxn Sxxxxh. After that they have been rude and the customer care executive Ms. Pxxxxa has been roughly talking to me denying any refund and asking me to buy products worth the paid money and everytime postponing the dates of availing the products choices( 1st 25th November then 10th December). Also the clothes delivered worth rupees 1499 are of very poor quality.
