Complaint regarding VIVO Y83 servicing

I have bought a new VIVO Y83 phone on June 2018, it is not working properly since couple of weeks, it is lagging a lot, hangs for hours, I cant run any application smoothly on it. I went to service center on 26/11/18, they updated the software and returned me the phone . As soon as i started using my phone all the issues occurred again and this time I cant even make calls or receive calls.
I went back today (27/11/18) to the customer service center, now they told me that they will replace the motherboard of my phone and that will take 4-5 days. But why would i used a repaired phone when it is in warranty and what will i do for 4-5 days without a phone. please help me out with the best and immediate solutions. Kindly help me to replace my phone.
