Complaint regarding order placed on Snapmint App

I had ordered a product from snapmint app redmi 10s phone, did the down payment of Rs. 1400 ,
It is showing delivered in the app but did not received the phone. When I asked them in support they told me it was ordered from Flipkart. Even this is not showing in my Flipkart id. They received my down payment and now they will ask for emi every month even when they did not delivered the product

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
