Complaint regarding order placed with Indiacakes portal

Indiacakes Order – Not refunding the money and after ordering extorting more money to deliver.

I have ordered a Birthday cake today and paid 1200 rs online. After sometime I have received another email asking 275/- for delivery charges. This charge was not mentioned in the website while ordering. Now with out paying this extra money they are not confirming the order.
Also not refunding the initial amount that i paid. They are not responding to my emails or calls. Please help me
