Complaint regarding big bazaar profit club card

I have 10k balance in my big bazaar profit club and since big bazaar stores are closed all over India. I am unable to use. But when I am trying to get my money not getting any response from big bazaar. I know that there are thousands of people like me who are facing this issue. So could you bring this into notice to higher authorities. So that millions of middle class saving should not go into veins like this.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
