Complaint regarding order placed with my mushroom world

We had made the online order with Mashroom World (https://www.mymushroomworld.com/) for our relative but right the time this product has not been deliver or Company Mobile are not provide the refund amount and we try so many call to company but they not response on my order.
Please do needful regarding the refund amount. We here attached all details with payment advice. (Order No. 10087 Dated 03.04.2022)

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
