Complaint regarding Big Bazaar profit club membership

I am having a Big Bazaar Profit Club card and that has been provided by Big Bazaar executives on 28th January 2022. Which I have used 1 months but From 2022 March.
Big Bazaar has been closed in Chandrapur outlets. I am having 9K balance in a Profit club card. I have tried to call customer care multiple times but that is also shut off. . Please let me know how can I get my money back.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
