I placed an online order for a Samsung415 Ltrs Fridge on 27th Jul 2021. The product was delivered damaged on 29th Jul, 30th July the Samsung tech confirmed the same and I raised the return order and since then no one from TataCliq is provide any resolution and playing around. They have Delhivery as the transport partner and they don’t have proper vehicles to pickup and so since 3 to 4 days they are not acting accordingly and so TataCliq is not refunding my Rs 41500.
Its been more then a week and my money is still stuck with TataCliq. Please help.
