Complaint regarding PayTM sound box services

I have a general store in the name of “PAPU VARIETY STORE” at my village nadhara which held in dhenkanal district on Odisha. Few month ago I have order a pytm sound box and after I received it activate by myself. Few days latter it’s limit was exceed. Then I contact to Pytm sound box customer care but no one has respond on my request. After I message to Paytm Business care in twitter their team are getting rejected again and again my appel of exceed limit on my paytm sound box. I repeatedly request to them that plz clarify the fault of mine but after 10-20 days their team reply that My a/c has not been changed whenever I changed it just 3 days before. Now 2.5 month completed but from paytm customer care neither listen to me nor solve my problems. Need justice against this kind of E- Commerce company.
