Regarding wrong replacement of smart watch by Firebolt

Regarding Refund From Firebollt. Value: 1709.15. I purchased a smart watch from the official website of Firebollt. On recieving the watch I recieved a defective product to which I asked for replacement. Now the replaced product was only a dial without any strap charger or adjuster. I contacted the company and asked for a refund but they are not supporting . On contacting NCH also they are not supporting to NCH . I request India Consumer Forum for a support to get me a refund from Firebollt

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
