I did recharge of ?398/- according to the Idea they will offer 1.4GB Data every day and unlimited calls. However the data service they offered is too bad. Never seen such kind of service before from other providers. They offer 2G services… When I dropped an email to Appellate of Gujarat zone got response as below

We wish to inform you that we investigated your reported concern. Further we wish to inform you that our technical team has conducted survey at site level. Kindly note that we have also made some changes to improve coverage from nearby site. We would like to inform you that the current status of coverage is best possible from near by site and shall improve post launch of new site.

Now my concern is that who is going to refund ?398/- to me. If your network is not capable to provide a service why you launch this plan for Gujarat circle? It’s a clearly cheating with customer. Hope you understand my concern.
