Complaint regarding poor laser treatment for hair reduction

I am from Aurangabad.. I’m taking laser hair reduction treatment from last 1 year I’ve seen 0 results.. I’ve paid 60k one handed.. they guaranteed that it will work .. I don’t have any PCOD or any medical issues.. because of shaving I’ve got dark and thick hairs.. they have spoiled my body and face.. because of this I always wear mask .. I’m mentally depressed..pls help me to get refund so I can take laser treatment from sone other clinic
