Regarding Ajio account disabled, not accepting returns

I placed an order on ajio and now when i want to return an item, it is not accepting my return request even after multiple attempts; moreover, i have been logged out of my account and my account has been disabled for absolutely no reason. My return period will get over soon and my account has been blocked, I am unable to access it. I tried to complain, but there has been no response from the customer care services.
