Complaint regarding poor property services from Nobroker

I write to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the alarming and unacceptable conduct exhibited by NoBroker regarding the non-activation of my property on the portal, despite a paid subscription of INR 11,000. Furthermore, the complete lack of responsiveness from the assigned relationship manager has exacerbated the gravity of this situation.
This failure to act within a reasonable timeframe is not only a breach of agreement but also a violation of consumer rights, causing undue harassment, distress, and inconvenience. Given that four days have already elapsed without resolution.
Additionally, I insist on a compensation payment of INR 5 lakhs for the damages, harassment, and mental anguish caused by NoBroker’s blatant disregard for its contractual obligations.
Furthermore, I demand an explanation for the lack of responsiveness from the assigned relationship manager and an assurance of immediate communication and resolution of the matter.
Failure to comply with these demands within the stipulated 24-hour timeframe will leave me with no option but to pursue aggressive legal remedies. Legal action has already been initiated, and this serves as a final warning before escalating the matter further.
Thank you for your immediate attention to these serious concerns.
