I had booked the cab on 18/07/2018 from CHAUDHARY HARBHAJAN SINGH CHANDELA MARG, BLOCK K, BLOCK 6, TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110018 to BADA BAZAR RD, BLOCK 53, RAJINDER NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110060, INDIA. The fare came INR248.39/-.
On 16/07/18 I had received the below message from UBER on my ID: 40%Off 10 rides this week This promotion is valid only for riders who received this email directly from Uber. The discount is valid till this Sunday. This discount is valid only on ubergo in Mumbai and Delhi. Maximum discount of INR 100 per ride.
At the end of trip I was not provided the discount and raised the issue with UBER through their app, they had replied four times that they are looking into the issue but for last one week they are not even replying despite sending them many reminders.
