I purchased the laptop of MSI brand from Flipkart online order date was 8th of November 2021. I received the laptop on 10/11/21. The msi laptop some hanging issue and screen blackout suddenly and its a very slow system then i request to flipkart return my laptop and refund the amount on 13/11/21 . return was accepted on same day . they give me 3-4 days time for resolve this issue. but after 7 days they canceled the return and refund process . then i called back to flipkart customer care and then again he gave me the return date 7/12/21 . but not to be sure for return . i request to you please do need full
