Complaint regarding purchase through Telegram channel

I had trusted a telegram channel Carding Amazon Products his username @CrackAmazon2 he had booked a laptop in Amazon and sent the pictures in my chat all the chat history I had taken screenshots he had scammed 8500 please take a serious action regarding this content so many carders are trusting and getting ripped by him. I will attach all the proofs which I had taken screenshots.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
