Complaint regarding Redmi 4 servicing

Redmi 4 mobile is not working. Value: 8999. Within one month mi redmi 4 is not working. I visited to service center they want 7000rs for repairing by telling me liquid is not present in your mobile it need to fill it. My mobile have software problem because on my mobile screen it showing me fast boot process , but not going to next screen. Please raise the complaint again MI mobile and guide me how to replace my mobile.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
