I purchased an air ticket from Air India which was scheduled to depart from Delhi on 15 Aug 2021 and reach Toronto on 15 Aug 2021 for INR 66,316. 00.the consideration amount of INR 66,316.00 was paid from my saving account with hdfc bank on 15 May 2021 using my debit card. The flight was cancelled by the air line and i could not fly to Canada on 15 Aug 2021. I have requested the air line to refund my above said inr 66,316 several times but Air India failed to refund my amount of INR 66,316. 00. Please find attached herewith my air ticket and bank statement depicting the above said transaction dated 15 may 2021. You are requested to get my refund processed from Air India
