I purchased 65 inches TCL TV Model 65P715 on 30 Sep 20 from TataCliQ for Rs 56653/-. The TV has THREE years of warranty. The display panel of TV went blank suddenly on 24 Jul 21 and I raised the complaint on 25 Jul 21. The TCL engineer visited my house on 27 Jul 21 and informed me that the TV would be replaced as it can’t be repaired.
I was informed that I would be given replacement TV by 10 Aug 21 by customer care no 1800 102 0622. However even after FOUR months I didn’t get any replacement or refund for my TV. Since Sep 2021, I am being informed via TCL support emails (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) that the replacement TV has already been dispatched. However, till date I haven’t received my TV even after numerous calls to call center, emails and chat on TCL official site. I have just been getting assurances in last FOUR months.
Very poor customer response. Even after endless calls, chats and emails, I am still to receive replacement TV. I have also requested that if the particular model have been discontinued or would take more time, then provide me equivalent latest model available or refund me the TV cost.
Please take up with shameless TCL for the replacement TV or Refund at the earliest.
