Complaint regarding Wallmart online form filling job

Wallmart data service offered me a online form filling job but after 3 days the site got some problem and when I told them regarding this then they told me that its because me doing multi login but in actual I did not do any multilogin and now they are asking me to pay penalty fees of 11k rupees or if I want to leave then I have to pay 16k which they have not told me before.and they are sending legal notices and threatening me that they have filled a complaint against me. I don’t know what to do I have blocked all there numbers.please advice

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
