I booked five INDIGO Flight tickets on 9th March, 2020 from CCU to Varanasi through Easemytrip and the date of journey was on 20/10/2020. Out of which, two tickets were cancelled on 17/10/2020, prior to my date of journey on 20/10/2020.
INDIGO also confirmed that they had refunded the amount of Rs.1830=00 (after deducting cancellation charges of Rs.2018=00) to Easemytrip and subsequently Easemytrip admitted to have accepted it from INDIGO. In this long period, I requested Easemytrip Company Officials several times to get my money refunded back to me, but in vain. I am stunned at the disgusting attitude of Easemytrip. And almost each time after my complaint for refund of my dues, I got a reply of same nature from Easemytrip, with the assurance of ‘further help’ from their end, asking me to provide them with my registered email id, and which I did.
Last time, the Company representative denied to have record such as “PNR / Booking Ref:.” In the mean time, I requested the INDIGO Officials also, to confirm me the PNR / Booking Reference again, with the request to forward it to Easemytrip also, but I got no reply from INDIGO.
From 17th Oct-2020, almost three and half months have elapsed, but all my requests for my legitimate refund are in vain. The Appropriate Authority is requested kindly to do the needful, taking action against Easemytrip and / or INDIGO so that I can get my refund back at the earliest, and also take stern action against the offender so as to help customers, from being harrassed , in future.
