I had booked tickets to travel to Thailand to start from 20th May 2020 from Pune and the return ticket was on 26th May 2020, but due to Covid I had asked the agency to cancel and refund the amount. They did not pay any head to my request so I contacted the airline (Indigo) they created a credit shell for the amount of 18529 INR. They had informed me that I will be able to use this credit shell within the period of one year.
The one year is almost going to be over and I do not wish to travel in the current given circumstances. I contacted the airlines and they informed me that the entire amount of 18529 was refunded to IBIBIO GROUP Pvt Ltd
I tried to check with IBIBIO GROUP Pvt Ltd but I saw that the tickets have been cancelled and a refund of 74 INR was done. More than 14,000 was deducted by IBIBIO GROUP Pvt Ltd as airline cancellation fees.
They have no Phone numbers to reach their customer care. Their automated chat system is a complete disaster and does not solve or give any proper solutions.
IBIBIO GROUP Pvt Ltd is committing this in this extraordinary circumstances.
I need IBIBIO GROUP Pvt Ltd to refund the entire amount which is rightfully due.
