Complaint regarding refund due from Flipkart

I have booked one Air ticket from Flipkart travel on 27th October from Vadodra to Kolkata and same ticket i cancelled on 11th November at the time of cancellation it was mentioned as 5600 change will be refund amount but after cancellation i received only 791 Rs only. Then immediately i gave a call to Flipkart they said within 48 hours resolution will be done and i have called them every 48 hours its been more than 6 days no resolution nor call.
