I had booked a ticked from goibibo app under spice jet that was scheduled on month of march last year(2020). While booking the ticket i took a no cancellation policy token by which it was clearly mentioned that i will have to pay no charge for cancellation if i cancel the ticket…since the lockdown i had to cancel my ticket and they had sent me a message stating the refund of Rs3000 to my bank but i did not receive any amount from.them following which i keep on try approaching them but they would not reply…During the month of october 2020 they refunded 1000 and even after requesting them and explaining the whole thing they would neither reply nor refund the amount…please help
