Complaint regarding refund due from GTPL

Not getting feedback from GTPL.

I have asked GTPL team to refund my amount as the connection is not done and I have done the pre payment. They are only saying the refund is under process but I haven’t received even after 7 days of this.

Can you please help me to get the refund amount?

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,931/-: Mr. Alpeshkumar Gohil of Nani Rajasthali, Gujarat 364270 booked flight tickets on portal Travolook on 23-03-3021. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. However, customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-04-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and customer finally got his refund by 20-04-2021. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in.
