Refund from Happy EasyGo. Value: 16056.00

I booked a Vistara flight from Mumbai to Varanasi with PNR PxxxxxD through Happy EasyGo with booking id: 68xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx7, and the flight got cancelled due to Covid. Vistara has many times said that they refunded the full amount but happy easy go is not refunding the amount.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
