Complaint regarding refund due from Myntra

I bought two Bata slippers from Myntra and paid using my  PNB debit card. Both the slippers were of same price but I returned them . Myntra initiated the refund for both which was 449/ each.  This was initiated on 5 Nov 2023 but I got refund for one on 9 Nov which is 449/ and didn’t got refund of other.  Myntra shared same  reference number for both refund. My bank could not trace it. They even shared reference number of transaction received which is different from one received by Myntra. Every time Myntra is putting blame on Bank and bank is showing helplessness and asking me to coordinate with Myntra. It’s been 40 days and nothing is happening. Please help me.
I am physically handicapped person suffering from Muscular Dystrophy and cannot go to bank even.
