Complaint regarding refund due from Pizza Hut

I had ordered pizza from pizza hut on 12 th August 2023 which because of delay i cancelled from customer care & even the store manager called me & i cancelled his side as well. First of all they never send any cancellation message or email . Only on call they will confirm so 7 working days they take time but from 25 th of August I am following up with them & they are confirming plus they are telling i will get refund from store which is pizzza hut, elements mall, Bangalore & even the manager of the store confirms me.  He even told me that he will send email confirmation and asked my email id on whataspp (i will attach the screenshot)but no response and even he’s not picking up the call. I went on all major social media including Twitter and facebook but only update i am getting from pizza hut is that we will update soon and its been 1 month now.Please help me to get my refund and take legal action against pizza hut . My refund amount is Rs 411.
