Complaint regarding refund due from shopclues

Sir i am a 75% disabled person totally depends upon online shopping brought a smart watch from ShopClues having order number 93063729 which was completely different then what i ordered then it was reversed picked up by Delhivery courier on 26/05/2022 but ShopClues not refunding my money after do many remainder mail please help me let i got my money or atleast the watch’which was reversed also such type of fruad shopping site should be banned before more persons come to thair trap
