Complaint regarding servicing POCO M3 (Sub Brand – Xiaomi)

I purchased a Mobile POCO M3 (Sub Brand – Xiaomi) on 23-06-2021 from Flipkart With Insurance. My Phone have an issue of Over heat in just 3 days company visit and said that it is normal heat. Later my phone have booting issue after 10 months 24 days then i Submited Phone on Service center through my relative person Umesh Singh. They told him service time period time of device is 7-10 days. after 7 days i contact to service center they said that ” We are not recieved required part (which is Motherboard of device) from the company.” then i contact company for service delay matter they told we are launch a complaint and our person contact in 4 hour but not contact over 24 hour i again call and want to status of service delay but they have not any answere of my query. today 16 day later they did not provide any reason of service delay So please look into matter of Service delay the company not wear with consumer rights so want take action with help of your side, Please take strict action against company. Please save my consumer rights.
