I booked a ticket from travolook .They automatically cancelled my booking by saying there’s a change in fare and then they deducted my amount with a refund reference number REF778628. When I tried to contact them they don’t respond my calls or messages. There is no other way to contact them .And when I checked their reviews ,it really scared me. It says they don’t refund. its a fake company. Now I m very much sure, I will not get my hard earned money back. Plz help me to get my money back as soon as possible. I did booking on april 2,2021 at 16:16 for a flight AI-9738 journey date of 8th april 2021,without a booking number they deducted my amount with a refund reference number . PLzzzzzz sir plz help me to get my amount of 3645.It may be a less amount ,but for me it’s a huge amount for me.its my hard earned money. I am a student. Somehow I manage to live my livelihood.plz help me to get it back.its a request. I couldnot able to contact u . so I try to contact u via mail.
