This is with reference to the ticket booking with TRAVOLOOK website on 10.1.2021 for travelling date 6.02.2021 from MUMBAI to BHUBANESWAR (GO AIR airlines).
The flight was cancelled for that date from the airline side & thus they had refunded the amount to the Travolook on 27.01.2021. This information was shared from our end to the Travolook through mail & phone calls & they promised to refund the amount within 5-7 days.
Although , even after 3 months they have not refunded the amount & everytime I write a mail or call them they are asking to wait for another week in order to receive the refund .
Kindly look into the matter & help in resolving the issue
