My two refunds with EMT have not been done till date. It is already more than 20 days I cancelled these tickets. Everytime I call customer care of EaseMyTrip, first it takes more than 5 to 10 calls to connect and when connected, everytime they give me different dates of refund initiation. This company is a fraud as it looks like as they gave me refund initiation date of 24/04/2021 for second one but today they told that the refund has been initiated today only. I have given all the evidence to my lawyer to file a petition against them for recovery of my dues and ask for compensation for the harassment met out to me by them.
