Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

I had booked two tickets from Mumbai to Madurai on 18.06.2021. I did this on line through “travalook”. I used ICICI credit card for this and paid rupees 10546.00. After twenty minutes i got a call that the cost had increased by 1000.00 I refused to pay and he said he will cancel and provide refund in 15 working days.
I later realised on googling that many people have been fooled in a similar manner.

if you could tell me what i can do to get this back i will be obliged

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
