Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

Travolook is not refunding my money I booked ticket on 14th June from Mumbai to Chennai and it got cancelled by travolook , Booking reference# 14xxxxx3, Ref# 6xxxxx1 it’s been more than 3 months I haven’t received my refund from travolook everytime I raise complaint they say refund will be issued in 5-7 days but it’s been more than 3 months, Please help me in getting my money from travolook

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
