Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

Travolook – Amount not refunded after booking cancellation. Value: 7370. I have book my ticket Delhi to Pune on 5-Dec-2020. After I booked the ticket, they put the status in processing, Next day I got call from there agent that fare has been increased. So I asked them to cancel the ticket. After so many calls and follow up I have not received my amount till date.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
