I have purchased membership from Big Bazaar Profit Club by paying Rs 10000/-.Now the Big Bazaar is taken over by Reliance and outlets of Big Bazaar are not operative. Till the outlets were operative purchases were made from the above deposited amount and Rs 3200 were left with the Big Bazaar Profit Club at the time of closure.
After enquiry at Reliance mart I got Big Bazaar customer care number and email addres. I am trying to contact them on the given number but it is out of service. I have sent a mail and attached photo copies of membership card , cancelled cheque and aadhar card but the mail is rejected automatically since their mail box exceeded the volumes. Pl help me to get my amount refunded. Thanks
