Complaint regarding duplicate payments to Nykaa

I received the courier from Nykaa. To make the payment, I scanned the QR Code on the parcel and paid 3,350 rupees.

The delivery boy told me to scan the QR Code on his phone to pay the amount so I scanned and paid 3,350 rupees again

Please return the amount paid by mistake to the Delhivery

It has been a long time since I filed the complaint at Nykaa Fashion, and they have not taken any action regarding the same.

I want my money back.
