This complaint is regarding refund of my booking which I made through easemytrip with. I cancelled my booking due to lockdown extended and flight was not available on that date. So I raised a request to Easemytrip for refund of my amount.
The refund which I received from Easemytrip is 74 rupees only. Then I spoke with Spicejet Airlines they said full amount is already credited to travel agency account. But I recieved only 74 rupees and rest amount not received as yet.
I had email Easemytrip on daily basis from more than one month, they again and again Said it will take time.
Please it’s my humble request to you help me to get my refund amount as soon as possible.
