Don’t try to book ticket from easemytrip, they will give you some relaxation on conveninece fee but you will get very poor service and they are just running shop without having management ethics. One representative of easemytrip called me and said please remove review on our app and we will solve your matter within 48 hours so i just removed that time because i want to solve the matter but i am chasing with them from last 55 days but every time they said we have forwarded your request to concern team.
Actually i booked indigo ticket through easemytrip and i rescheduled the ticket and i got some difference amount refund and when i contact indigo for refund ,they said we have already refund to easemytrip on 25th march and i am continously chasing easemytrip through emails, phone calls and whatsapp but they are not interested to refund money. so i request all , please book ticket from good source otherwise you will loose you money and also you will get free headache
FYI, i am customer of easemytrip from last 3 years for domestic as well as international and you can imagine, if they can play with me, so how badly they can play with you.
